EPIC: Twilio SMS Gateway alternatives
Story: As a user of Oncall, I would like the ability to configure an alternate provider of SMS services, if my company does not have / cannot have a relationship to Twilio. I would like the ability to configure use of alternate services, including voice.google.com, RingCentral Business SMS, SMS Exchange, Bulk SMS and others.
Story: As a user of Oncall, I would like to be able to configure use of an SMS Gateway operated in-house (for instance a server running PlaySMS or NowSMS and a GSM modem). This will enable me to maintain control of my security posture and not expose my Oncall server to the public internet and the attendant risk of abuse.
