comparisons where rotated=magnitude for training #38

Open jwlass opened 13 years ago

for a few participants I noticed that the rotated number was still always the larger magnitude. oddly enough, this did not occur for all participants and for one participant the first 10 trials of training were mixed while the larger was always rotated for the rest...that must (or at least most likely has to) be something to do with the shuffler-its almost as if it is shuffling them both but then then they get in line with each other. Also, this problem does NOT seem to still happen during Mag.py

actually as i look through my notes it seems one particiapant had this issue in pre-mag. none of them realized this though, which is good, but still needs to be remedied.

i can check when i get back by running some of the stuff on my own and seeing if it still does this but it seems like it happens in training and pre-mag sometimes but not others
