Hey! Unable to connect from Android client (v2.5.2). Everything works with the Windows client without any problems. The VPS server now has shadowsocks2-go, and ck-server-linux-amd64-v2.5.2, before that it was shadowsocks-libev. The result is the same - Android does not connect from the client.

Shadowsocks Android settings (6): Remote port: 4433 Encryption method: CHACHA20-IETF-POLY1305 Remote DNS: cloudflare.com

Plugin: Cloak Proxy Method: shadowsocks Encryption Method: plain Transport: direct UID: yes Public Key: yes Server Name: cloudflare.com CDN mode HTTP Origin Override: empty Browser Signature: chrome Number of Connections: 4 Stream Timeout: 300 Keep Alive: 10 Fallback to UDP: shdowsocks-go

Can you advise something? Thanks in advance!

I think you should post more about the android device such as version, device name, ROM, Rooted / unrooted, and other stuff related to the device if the server is working but the android client isn't working. Then again, you should have open this issue here https://github.com/cbeuw/Cloak-android/issues instead of here.

Anyway, In my case, I have a Lavender and running MIUI 12 Rooted. Since I couldn't find documentation on the android client, I just installed the APK and couldn't even find any shortcuts on the home screen, it was very confusing. So I figured there is a cloak android binary located somewhere, and navigated to that directory and manually executed. Still, It didn't work somehow. ( I do not have logs now, I should have open an issue and ask about it anyway, but sorry I simply switched to the Stunnel because I found this Ssl socks app which has GUI and works perfectly)

Noticed in cloak settings: 2021-03-30_103305 Is that how it should be? To the == signs are added \ ?

\= escapes =. Yes that is how it should be.

Can you please post your working Windows client configuration alongside your Android client configuration? The ones you are providing is still very insufficient. Remember to blur out sensitive info.

Yesterday I installed SS + Cloak2 to another Android - Xperia Z2. Earned immediately. It became clear that the problem in Huawei. Rebooted 2 times and also earned! Now it will not be possible to find out what was the reason.

As I understand it, in Cloak2 it is possible to manage users. Is there a limit in the number of users? There is a goal to combine 50-70 users. Please advise the guide on this issue.
