many moodle sites do not use the mdl_ prefix on their tables. - please see: https://moodledev.io/docs/apis/core/dml#table-prefix

note this is a blocker for approval in the plugins db.

All hardcoded table's prefix has been remove from the code.

Everything about this problem should be solved.
