Added docs for monitoring, using podman containers #156

This is how I've managed to set up monitoring using podman containers. I think using containers is especially useful when developing on your local machine, instead of a cluster.

What you see is the manual I've originally written for myself, with little refinements for this first draft pull request. If you think this could be of good use, I will make sure that this manual works as expected and will let you know when it is ready to merge.
