'TVout' does not name a type - after suggested modifications #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download "TVoutBeta1.zip".
2. Unzipped folder into C:\Program Files\arduino-1.0.3\libraries
3. Tried to upload TVout\DemoPAL sketch from examples\TVoutBeta1 in the 
installed library

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get these errors -
DemoPAL.ino:1:19: error: TVout.h: No such file or directory
DemoPAL.ino:2:21: error: fontALL.h: No such file or directory
DemoPAL:6: error: 'TVout' does not name a type
DemoPAL.ino: In function 'void setup()':
DemoPAL:29: error: 'TV' was not declared in this scope
DemoPAL:29: error: 'PAL' was not declared in this scope
DemoPAL:30: error: 'font6x8' was not declared in this scope
DemoPAL:47: error: 'font4x6' was not declared in this scope

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
TVout Beta 1
Arduino compiler 1.0.3
Arduino UNO board
Windows XP(Home edition, SP3)

Please provide any additional information below.
As advised in Issue 55, I changed <TVout.h> into "TVout.h" but I get exactly 
the same errors.

I have the same problem with Arduino uno 328 and a MacOS... but a little bit 
different:

Arduino: nightly (Mac OS X), Board: "Arduino Uno"
