replace pub pdf links via mendeley download with download from local host #87

Was hoping the linking would allow me to pool download stats, but it appears mendeley has dropped download stats anyway, so I'm better off tracking these locally.

PDFs now hosted locally.
Added Google Analytics tracker info to track downloads
GA track to outbound DOI links
Corrected typo: ruby cannot escape double quotes from inside single quotes

Should still add GA tracking to outbound arXiv, data, and code links.
