Dear college, Have you got an example(s) for using your PetriNet simulator solution? If yes, can you provide it?

Dear Aleksey,

thanks for giving VANESA a try. Unfortunately, there is no manual, yet. An example of a Petri net and its simulation results is provided in the supplementary material attached to our publication (open access): https://doi.org/10.1515/jib-2018-0018

After opening the Petri net model (sbml file), the provided simulatino results can be mapped (Petri net -> Load simulation result). If OpenModelica is installed properly, the model can be simulated with specific parameters, too (Petri net -> Simulate).

Pleae keep in mind that VANESA is stil WIP. If you have any other remarks or questions, please don't hesitate.
