0.15% of pageviews is probably not worth worry about or linking to in the main navigation.

doesn't seem to work. No matter what terms you pass either search box, you're just taken back to the same page. I think the issue is where the query terms are being mapped; they're being put in "author" and "title" parameters respectively which I'm not sure Millennium recognizes. Usually Millennium searches special indexes with a syntax like
SEARCH=a:(Smith)%20and%20t:(Art), so parameter is "search" and within its value indexes are specified by a single letter, colon, and parentheses wrapping their terms.
