Update webworker-threads 0.7.13 to 0.7.17 #243

@ccampbell any chance we could get this out? it's pretty hard to use this package since that version of webworker threads consistently causes compilation fails on certain platforms

For whatever reason, this fix still did not work for me. Superseded by 49fecf748d351c4cebe3ed7c1f71ef0908ccd1db
