Update main.inc.php - Issues #40 #41 #46

When updating to version 2.0.3, the version number in main.inc.php was forgotten to be updated. This change fixes the error message that version 2.0.3 is not compatible with Piwigo.

I confirm. Easy to fix by changing the version number.

Even better fixed with the "auto" version which is automatically replaced when publishing a new version on piwigo.org/ext (see https://github.com/plegall/Piwigo-birthdate/blob/master/main.inc.php for an example)
