Remove pinning of python to v3.6 #80

DeepLoc requires python version >3.6 to work, see issue #79

Hi @IdoBar

Apologies for the delay. I'll merge this in so that you have credit, but just FYI i'll need to pin python to 3.9 to get the whole environment to resolve. Sorry, I know it's poor git etiquette but pinning just makes it easier for conda to resolve the environment and for me to easily debug peoples problems with conda environments. I really do appreciate your input :)
