xna31 fails due to "dotnet2 missing"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. delete .wine
2. ./winetricks.svn870 xna31
3.
err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"NotWinFx2Action" returned 
1603

Aborting.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected = no fail of installing xna31
Seen instead = xna31 MS installer complains about missing .net 2 framework and 
ends

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

On Ubuntu 12.04 with latest Wine PPA[1]
winetricks SVN r870

Works fine here in wine-1.6-rc4 and winetricks r1009, please retest.
