Serpent-Coil Braid is triggering a 15 sec internal cooldown for other trinkets. #1040

According to this video: https://youtu.be/pseDc_jri70?t=23 you should be able to use trinkets (Such as Icon of the Silver Crescent) and also get the buff from Serpent-Coil Braid without having a cooldown interfere. Also I had this item back in BC and can remember using trinkets and mana gems to get both bonuses.

As of now when you use a Mana gem, it blocks the use of your other trinket by ~15 sec. I also tried it in reverse, if you use a trinket then use a mana gem, it potentially blocks the bonus from the Serpent-Coil Braid if I recall correctly. You can stack an on use trinket with SCB but only if SCB is activated second. If SCB is used first it will invoke a cooldown on your other trinket. The retail video in your post shows Icon and SCB stacking because Icon was activated first.
