Mobs

Pygmy Tide Crawlers have entangling roots. Seems really weird and as I checked Bestiary and datamined sources, no such ability is listed.
Darkshore Threshers are the kind of mob you wouldn't expect to see with a mana bar and indeed, according to Bestiary they shouldn't have any. At least Vile Sprites and Raging Moonkins also seem like such a mob, but in this case I can't confirm due to them being absent.
I don't know what's causing it (outranging it by moving just a few yards?) but Blackwood Windtalker Gust of Wind seems to fail very often. In addition, Pathfinders have Ravage ability which seems weird considering the type of mob, Bestiary and this Wowhead comment say they should have Thrash instead.
Flagglemurk the Cruel lacks his Knockdown and Strike abilities.
I can't find proof for either direction, but it seems extremely weird for me that Moonstalker Runts, while displayed as pets for Moonstalker Matriarchs (there are and should be lonesome runts as well), despawn immediately as their mother is killed.
Prior to 2.3 patch, The Threshwackonator was elite.

Quests

Onu is Meditating shouldn't be available until you've received The Master's Glaive that also provides the item. It would also seem logical for the quest to also be repeatable, but I can't confirm.
Plagued Lands quest text reads "Should you fail to capture a Rabid Thistle Bear and lose your trap, return to Tharnariun Treetender and request another trap". There's no such option.
In Plagued Lands, Rabid Thistle Bears don't react to moving close to the trap, rendering the quest impossible.
Handing in How Big a Threat doesn't start RP event.
A Lost Master shouldn't become available until you complete How Big a Threat.
In WANTED: Murkdeep, Murkdeem doesn't spawn as you kill murlocs in the camp West of Grove of the Ancients. Besides Wowhead comments, there also seems to be an apparent retail video of the quest.
Beached Sea Creatures and Beached Sea Turtles has some issues. For starters, you could get sea turtle quest from what is unmistakeably "a sea creature" (and vice versa, not all quests are wrongly assigned but some are). Secondly, some of these quests have the same quest item and if you already have one in your inventory, you don't get a second one upon accepting the quest.
The Blackwood Corrupted quest cannot be completed. According to Wowwiki and Wowhead comments, furbolg should have a chance to aggro as you loot the items, they don't gather around the bowl as you place it (they should turn neutral/friendly at that point), the satyr doesn't have his RP text (mentioned in wiki) and doesn't drop the talisman (apparently as object rather than standard drop?). The exact details are a bit hazy in both my memory and these accounts, but it's clear they aren't working, and as you cannot loot the talisman, the quest cannot be completed.
In The Sleeper has Awakened, similar to Ringo escort quest in Un'Goro, Kerlonian starts moving towards his original spawn point as he falls asleep. Due to limited range of the horn, you can't even catch him mid-route, rendering the quest effectively impossible even with cheats and I can't test the completion (although, somewhat surprisingly, the RP text seems to be there, at least as you start the quest).
In A Lost master, /waving to Grimclaw doesn't make him show any directions.
In Escape Through Stealth, the mob immediately teleports outside the cave upon accepting the quest, then runs back to his original position and then disappears. The RP text is also wrong. This is how the quest should look like. And finally, you don't get credit for the quest.
In Escape Through Force, there's similar insane teleport glitching and then NPC seemingly running back to his original location (also seen in quests like Cyclonian quest for warriors). It might be because the NPC got out of range, but I seem unable to complete this quest as well.
Therylune's Escape is similarly completely fucked up, she teleports around and you can't get credit. In addition, the text for starting and finishing the escort are mixed up and I can't confirm if she says anything sensible when attacked.
In The Twilight Camp, the false tome attack animation isn't displayed.
The quest takes place in Ashenvale but the category is Darkshore so I'm reporting it here: The sich part of Tower of Althalaxx can fail due to not reaching the level requirements (I couldn't get it, being level 19). As far as I know, all quests in quest chains should be available and in this case at least there's a Wowhead comment claiming to have done the quest at level 17.
One Shot. One Kill. event doesn't work. Wowhead has a pretty detailed description about the waves, Wowwiki has RP transcript. In addition this video shows it from pacifist POV.

Kimmo I think the threshers are part of a kind of mob in TBC known as "casters," where mobs with mana bars have reduced stats relative to non-barred mobs. Even though threshadons and the other mobs aren't tameable, I believe the same concept may apply. It's worth looking into.

These are comments in addition to those posted by Kimmo. I tried to leave out anything that Kimmo already mentioned unless I had additional comments. Nice job and research, Kimmo. I didn't do nearly as thorough research on the bugs, and I'm glad I don't have to now. ;D

Mob Issues

Crabs

Confirm that Crabs (at least Pygmy Tide Crawlers) have Entangling Roots, which I believe is erroneous. MOREOVER, crabs globally are treated as non-water mobs (like, for example, wolves, which will not enter water to chase you). This leads to a number of common problems that will be immediately resolved (hopefully) once crabs are allowed to enter and swim in water:
(1) Crabs evading on the ocean floor across all zones - this occurs because when in water, the player is not technically on the ground. Because the crab cannot swim and is forced to stay on the ground even in the water, it has a pathing issue reaching the player. Moreover, the system bugs out because crabs aren't even in the db as water pets, so their being in water makes them want to reset to their initial position the instant they are aggroed. fixing so crabs can swim and are allowed to enter the water eliminates this problem.
(2) crab training for lvl 10 hunter quests would then function appropriately instead of awarding instant completion for trying to tame any crab underwater.
(3) i assume any hunter taming of crabs (pretty sure im the only one who likes to tame crabs anyway) will also experience the same effects as in (2).

Moonstalker Matriarchs

Moonstalker Matriarchs have a Moonstalker Runt that follows them around and acts as a summonable minion, disappearing instantly if the Matriarch is killed first. There also is always another Moonstalker Runt not far from the Moonstalker Matriarch / Moonstalker Runt combo. I believe the Moonstalker Runt should be a hybrid of the two mobs (the minion mob and the free mob) and there should be only one Runt instead of two separate Runts. The exact behavior should be looked up, but I'm fairly certain these should be similar to the raptors in Stranglethorn, where the Runt is chained to the Matriarch and potentially labeled as a minion, but treated as a separate NPC (one should remain if you kill the other, with the killed mob respawning and rechaining after the cd period).

Global Issues

Fishing Holes

Lots of buggy fishing holes (these may be global issues, but some aspects may be localized to Darkshore)
(1) physical location of the "ring" around the fishing hole and the crates/etc. is underwater many times, especially along the northern coastline (this part seems to be a local issue in darkshore).
(2) Respawn time of fishing holes seems to be very quick. I may be wrong, or I may just be used to Vanilla. Further investigation warranted.
(3) Fishing Spots Spawn on top of one another, such that all the potential options typically are eventually present at once (i.e. Floating Debris, Sagefish, Oily Blackmouth). Should be fixed so that the first kind of hole to spawn remains until fished. (this seems like it most likely will be a global issue)

Quest Issues

Deep Ocean, Vast Sea

Pathing for pets seems buggy around these ships and Greymist murlocs fall to the seafloor or ship deck when killed (Both these problems maybe can be fixed with the same fix?)
Greymist murlocs seem to aggro from a relatively long distance.
Greymist murlocs seem to run in fear from the player too quickly when at low health.
Gorbold Steelhand calls all players "lad." Should dialogue be updated to reflect gender of the character?

Researching the Corruption

Should this say: "toy with demonic magic"?

Beached Sea Creatures

These quests are almost all assigned to the wrong creature by MaNGOS i think. For instance, the one that says something to the effect of "there is a wheelbarrow nearby from the Dwarven expedition" isn't started by that beached creature, and one turtle gives you a thresher quest and vice-versa. These just need to be read and the database entries adjusted so each creature gives you the correct quest.

The Absent-Minded Prospector

When the 1st group of troggs attack, the prospector refers to them as "Unknown."

Furbolg Quests

Several quests are available for pickup out of order from Terenthis and Thundris Windweaver. The correct order probably should be as follows, but I would speak to Kimmo for definitive information in this regard (nesting implies that a quest must be completed before the nested quest can be accepted):

Gaffer Jacks

Gaffer Jacks don't drop, so is not possible to complete the quest (should be in the loot table for fishing when you are on the quest, but not sure if also for fishing holes or fished containers).
