Support NPSP Partial Soft Credits #6

The donation history grid should respect the partiality of partial soft credits.

This needs to happen in a way that doesn't affect our PatronManager customers

@cdcarter We love the work you've done here. Did Partial Soft Credits ever get rolled into this? If not, are there plans to do this?
