please add latest to stackage #88

Thanks for pretty-simple!

The september release (4.0.0) is not yet in stackage. It would be great if it (and the prettyprinter dep) could be added, simplifying installation of apps using pretty-simple.

I've tried to keep pretty-simple in Stackage, but I didn't realize it had been removed.

I probably won't get to this before sometime next week, but if you want to go ahead and make the PR to stackage re-enabling pretty-simple (and pinging me), that would be completely fine.
