This would also certification steps progress to be displayed on the site. @lizisawizard will work on a UI design.

Features to include:

[ ] Super users can elevate users through certification progress
[ ] Normal users can observe their progress on their profile
[ ] Super users can reset their certification (button)
[ ] Certification status (displayed on member card) is based on whether the have completed all steps
