add cmake #126

It's come up in some user queries that the cmake provided by CentOS on JASMIN is relatively old, 

$ rpm -q cmake
cmake-2.8.12.2-2.el7.x86_64

Currently, 3.25.2 is available on conda-forge, so let's try to add to Jaspy.
