Major Refactor

This refactor was done for three main reasons:

Improving maintainability
Improving stability
Improving performance

With these three topics covered, I strongly believe known bugs and future improvements can happen quicker and easier than before.

log level from environment (CRYPTOMATTE_LOG_LEVEL)
error, warning & info logging

Improvements

remove CryptomatteInfo metatable
matte image creation performance
preview image creation performance
add/remove/toggle matte from GUI performance
use builtin separator
logging
error handling
