Fresh install on a fresh Windows 11 VM (bought a new server after playing SPP for many months).
After the initial install and update, I try to start the classic module (will fail on all of them).
I get notified the classic module is not found and a download will commence in 10 seconds.
The download is said to be completed and will get checked next, only to come back to the missing modules and download loop.
vcredist installed.
