CSS formatting around toggles is broken #310

Not sure where/when/how, but somewhere or other we have paragraph tags appearing in the toggles which open the See more and Show CellML syntax blocks.

It's not just the toggles - something is adding in a whole lot of paragraphs to the sphinx build that didn't used to be there: image
