Description

This repository hosts the code and documentation for the SWIFT testbed3 workflow.

Nowcasting and Synoptic plotting code is be hosted via submodules so must be cloned with a recursive command

Running workflow scripts

Some aspects of the TestBed 3 workflow scripts are designed to be generic and run anywhere these will be hosed in the Tools folder.

Workflow scripts in Tools folder will generate pptxs for various WGs, requiring anaconda and (install.sh should install all the depenancies)
