Beginnings of our README page. Made the following changes to the existing file we had:

Deleted all of the MEAN.js README stuff bc we def don't need that
Added summary of team, client, and project
Added links to technologies we used--MEAN.js and Google Maps
Added screenshots of our progress

Will submit to Piazza once the merge is made!
