Update Java gRPC instructions to include grpc-census #740

The instructions for including OpenCensus tracing in gRPC-java use an older version of gRPC which predates the refactor to pull OpenCensus instrumentation code into a separate artifact (https://github.com/grpc/grpc-java/commit/b7ccc0d14297f255557e67a4f0364480f4a80bcf)

Update this tutorial to use newer versions of gRPC and OpenCensus
