Hi @jsjcjsjc,

I agree here, but that's how it works with whmcs. Maybe the following related settings in the CentralNic Reseller Registrar Module are of interest:

By that, we pre-select the checkbox for new shopping cart items. So a higher chance that customers buy this addon.
