Adding accessibilityLabel to every element in the scroller? #3

I would like to add accessibilityLabel to the every small element in the scroller(such as numbers, am/pm), is there any way to currently accomplish this? If not, I would be interested to contributing for this merge.

Sorry for the delay, but i am quite confusing on what exactly you're trying to propose here, can you explain a little bit more?
