Netlify bug: Page preview gets `undefined` first jumplink #1496

  1. go to https://cfpb.github.io/design-system/components/expandables
  2. Edit the page
  3. Note in the page preview that the first item in the jump links is undefined. This doesn't appear in the published page, however.
