Fix docs mobile style and match screenshot to docs

This PR makes two small docs changes:

• Matches the mobile navbar style to the desktop green
• Matches the screenshot on the Getting Started page with the actual descriptions around it (the screenshot showed a completely different flag and different condition than what is expected as one reads)
