Refresh API #12

The data refresh should occur via javascript and AJAX instead of a full page refresh.

I can't get the ATC system to work or allow me to login. Do you have vcenter credentials and ip so we can see what's going on?

"I have LAMP installed and the github project cloned into /home/chip/atakSVG. I copied it to /var/www/html/ so the project is viewable at 10.253.32.75/atakSVG. The only thing I haven’t done is load the database.

The connection has been a bit finnicky for me so let me know if you get “access denied” when trying to ssh or if you get a 404 error when trying to access the website.
