Invocation with no arguments should imply current directory as a target #27

Or: loc should be equivalent to loc ..

I just installed this now and ran loc expecting it to count the current directory. It didn’t.

I feel like I intentionally didn't do this but I can't remember why. One vote for do it is enough to sway me.
