Reschedule Test tooltip window thingy never goes away #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to detailed test results page
2. click reschedule test  (tooltip appears)
3. browse to another page in slick

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
tooltip should go away, it does not...

refreshing the browser makes them go away
