Miao Ying doesn't have Talons of the Night spell as a dragon in Custom battles #1298

Describe the bug Miao Ying is missing her Talons of the Night spell when in dragon form in the Custom Battle Scenario.

Expected behavior After transforming into a dragon as Miao Ying, all spells except for Talons of the Night should be unavailable.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Play as Miao Ying in a Custom Battle
  2. Transform into dragon
  3. Be unable to use Talons of the Night spell as it does not show up

Miao is actually missing both Talons and Eye of the Storm (according to patch notes anyway) in skirmish: image

Talon is in her ability list but Eye of the Storm isn't (oversight from the mentioned patch?): image
