Add Russian language. #18

Need Russian language. This will help to expand the audience. Also, people who understand who will make instructions for working with the wallet. This will greatly help development.

@LeksLuter Thanks for your suggestion, but currently supporting Russian is not our most high priority work. Reasons:

  1. Currently we have no translaters for Russian.
  2. Maybe there are not enough Russian users which support our decision for Russian translation.
  3. English maybe enough for current Russian users.
