[chainX 2.0] 交易详情页多次请求相同的接口 #43

重现步骤:

  1. 打开任意交易页面，for example: https://scan-v2.chainx.org/extrinsics/0x4fc5ed755bf250412e272ccf0846075c06ba3f7d2a2f5d7baed6a6032f17a262
  2. 打开开发者工具，查看会有三次完全相同的GET请求 https://api-v2.chainx.org/socket.io/?EIO=3&transport=polling&t=NIwYCtq&sid=7Jwu87B01XxNFE21AAAk

期待结果: 相同的接口应该只请求一次

环境: Machine: MacOS 10.15.6 Catalina Explorer: Chrome 85.0.4183.102（正式版本)(64位)
