[Docs] Document `Card` component #56

Document the CCard component under content/4.components. Add needed examples under content/examples/{componentName}/{exampleName}.vue.

Seems like the CCard component is not in the latest version of chakra UI Vue: @chakra-ui/vue-next@2.1.0-beta.11

Need to release a new version
