Only when showing all tweets--if there's unloaded tweets between two tweets being shown, should add a cell letting the user know.
That is: Day 1, open Kraken, load in 50 tweets. Day 2, open Kraken again, load 50 latest tweets. There's now some unknown number of unloaded tweets between the 2 sequences of loaded tweets. Particularly if the user goes offline, we should have a way of informing them of the gap.
