Add jocomoji support. #49

Twitarr supports custom emoji called jocomoji. Server has image assets for these. Jocomoji appear in text fields as ":joco:" -- a word prefixed and suffixed with colons.

The jocomoji from the base set can now be viewed in twitarr and forum posts, typed into compose views, and the emoji selection cell shows the available jocomoji.

Does not DL jocomoji images from the server--all the images are local and built in.
