The videoconference system is not part of Chamilo itself, and as such the interconnectivity might be limited in some aspects (like the time, here). Let it be noted that the videoconference systems themselves do not always return a clear time spent per user in the conference.
If this is of "vital" importance (understanding the "vital" term as "threatening humans' life") to your work, I would suggest you contact the Chamilo official providers for a quote. See https://chamilo.org/providers as there are no near-future plan to implement this feature.
I will leave this issue open as a feature request, so we can update it if it is implemented at some point in the future.
Al entrar en una videoconferencia el tiempo que se emplea dentro de ella no se añade a los informes del usuario, por lo tanto no se puede saber el tiempo total que un usuario invierte en la plataforma (contando el tiempo que dedica dentro de la propia plataforma Chamilo y el que dedica a la videoconferencia). Ésto es de vital importancia ya que se realiza un control de los usuarios en el que se debe llegar a un limite de tiempo total dentro de la plataforma, y si el tiempo de las conferencias no se cuenta, el registro no se puede llevar a cabo con éxito. Agradecería cualquier solución o sugerencia al problema.
