Default preview hosting #540

Add a setting to w2p admin for hosting location of default preview images.
At the moment they come directly from ZP.

There may be a benefit of hosting them on the same server as the Mage site.

The setting will be off by default, but if on the default product image will be 
replaced when the product is created or the template is updated.
