no background occasionally with ElvUI

When running ElvUI the background will occasionally appear transparent making it hard to see.

based on what i'm seeing i believe this is fixed with the newer versions of ElvUI (and potentially with the API Changes blizzard made for frames).

Let me know if you have any more issues with this. closing for now.
