Image optimization feature #275

Wro4j should be able to handle image optimization. A detailed description of 
this feature can be found in the "book of speed": 
http://www.bookofspeed.com/chapter5.html

The idea is to capture the original images and serve optimized once. This 
feature should be plugable and easy to turn on/off.

Tools and libraries used to optimize images should are to be defined.
