Upgrade rubySassCss processor to 3.2.1 #523

A new version of SassCss has been released: 
http://sass-lang.com/docs/yardoc/file.SASS_CHANGELOG.html

Also the sass-gems dependency using the new version is now available on maven 
central repo.

The version 3.2.0 has some problems. Expecting a new release which fixes the 
problem.

Fixed in branch 1.4.x (using version 3.2.1)
