Update laser examples

Description

A complete laser irradiation was added to replace the previous laser heating and melt pool example. It treats the irradiation of a bare plate using NS, HT and VOF to simulate the phase change, surface tension and evaporation effects.

Miscellaneous (will be removed when merged)

A video is missing I will add it as soon as I have the youtube link :)

The example is not perfect, I will improve it in the future.
