What do you need:

• https://github.com/chaotictoejam/inet (this repo has modifications for capturing thruput)
• VEINS 5.0
• SUMO v0.29

Be sure to edit your path for all launchd.xml in VANETSim/simulations/_maps/[simulationtype]
