sshfs with korean language #197

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using sshfs with remote server in utf-8
2. both of two are in utf-8. but, NFD/NFC missmatch makes cannot read each 
other via sshfs.
(Korean charater problem)
가나다(NFC) / ㄱㅏㄴㅏㄷㅏ(NFD)
(both of two are standards. but mac use NFD mainly, others NFC)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
cannot read any data in korean language. (from windows to server in utf-8)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sshfs 0.4

Please provide any additional information below.
this is problem NFD/NFC. need some good translation.
