Thanks @matthdsm! Sorry it took us so long to merge. I tested the recipe and for me to get it working I needed to download tbi index as well. SN

Happy to help! I suppose the same can be done for GRCh37, but we'd have to make sure to use the correct version and conversion table. Cheers M
