Only load nuget start page on install #8

Currently the page is loaded each time you start the nuget package manager console and this is driving me nuts.

newest stable version (4.3.0.3) can be installed from https://www.nuget.org/packages/FontAwesome.WPF/4.3.0.3 thanks again.
