Negative values for mean_gdiv_polymorphic #56

Hi @singing-scientist

I'm using SNPGenie on a number of poolseq samples. For at least some samples I am seeing estimates of mean_gdiv_polymorphic which are negative. Have you ever observed this before? Thank you for your time and advice.

Greetings, Peter! Thanks for the message. That sounds like a bad bug that should have raised a warning. I have not previously observed it. If you could provide a reproducible example (input files, command used), I'd be happy to investigate and track down what's going wrong!
