Describe the Enhancement:

Since we are starting to store local data from a Chef Infra Server, it would be good to provide documentation about the local data cached locally.

We really do not need a chef-analyze cleanup since we will only have a single place to cached things (once we complete https://github.com/chef/chef-analyze/issues/101) and therefore we might need instead to create documentation on how to do such cleanup, which it would be a simple rm -r $HOME/.analyze-cached or whatever folder we have configured.
